I was in Rumbelows paying my TV rental that sultry Sunday morning when an entire bank of TV's flew into simultaneous action blasting out Rocking Around The World. This is a radio documentary that went out almost a year to the day, narrated by the strident tones of Simon Bates, with interviews with producer Dave Aitkey, Stuart Grundy , many of the artists and of course Bob Geldof, it follows the day chronologically. It's moving, who could forget that video underneath the Car's Drive, it's a testament to a one-off event unmatched after thirty years.
