You may remember 1969 as the year man first went to the moon, that Richard Nixon become President or that the Beatles played their famous last gig on top of the Apple building. But 1969 was also a year of some great records and the most of them are forgotten at the moment. I’m trying to bring the sweet sound of 1969 back to your ears.
On this podcast I’ve played different records from the glorious 60’s. It starts with first re-released of the rare 1969 mod & soul outstanding ballad “Home Again Hello” with the voice of Scottish singer Don Adams. This record was first re-released in 2007 on Sonorama Records in Germany. But this compilation includes more rare diamonds from Sonorama as well. All this tunes were re-released on Sonorama! You can also find here some rare tunes from the Soviet and Polish 60’s. Do you believe all this artists could meet each other in 1969? Perhaps it could be possible if they would visit one sunny day Equator 69!
