Enbridge has a proposal to replace an aging Line 3 pipeline. The 60-year-old pipeline travels through Red Lake, Clearwater and Crow Wing, Minnesota - the ancestral land of several Ojibwe tribes. Over the last month the state has held 22 public meetings for local residents to express any economic and environmental concerns. Monday marks the last day for public comment.
