Yet another impromptu session with no specific theme or goal that turned out to be very contained, steady and consistent. From the start you will get enveloped by atmospheric and scenic sounds that at times climax with a lyrical expression just to get swept away by more subtle and technical tracks. There is a certain darker overtone to the set, yet I feel like it's through the lens of desolation that you can truly embrace the light within, hence the apt naming. This set more than others pays respect to every tune inside and opts for a fluid progression with little surprises or sudden moves. I've taken it for a walk in a crisp October afternoon streets and was satisfied with it's message.
