Thanks once again to Criztoz for inviting me to do another 45 Day mix. This will now be my 4th! This time there is a specific brief...45s that lift your spirits, uplifting 45s.
Sounds easy right? Wrong! Music in general lifts my spirits so it was quite difficult to pick out 16 tracks across 45 minutes while representing as many genres as i could. There were so many i had to leave out. But here we are with my mix and my selections for this years bonus edition of 45 Day!

You're right, it really is an incredibly difficult task to squeeze in 45 minutes of uppers!
Nevertheless... Fantastic job Mr. Salt! Nice broad selection of some great little numbers and you pulled it all off with good mixes to create a top set! Good work mate! Just had the heads up and I must get to work on compiling my selection for this. It's gonna be a tough time!!
Many thanks, the hardest part is leaving out so many other great songs. Maybe I’ll get round to doing a part 2. I thought you had already done one but I must have been confused with your 45 day 2022 mix with the cool orange cassette cover.
