Often I encourage curious exploration of emotions, but I know that for some people at some times, that process can feel overwhelming. Maybe you're making a speech, or playing in the final, and you find noticing the physical sensations arising to be distracting. Or maybe you just need a little break from those thoughts and feelings.
Today's class will walk you through a simple process to shift attention away from those thoughts and feelings and into the world around us. When we connect with this instant, those thoughts and feelings can quickly become much more manageable.
