Lead Pastor Chad Allen wraps up "Get Fit", the first teaching series of 2015, with a look at how God ceased after 6 days of work and set aside a distinct day to rest and enjoy what He created. Although not commanded of believers today, the principle of Sabbath is still a wise and beneficial one for us to have in our rhythm of life. Practicing Sabbath regularly and well refreshes our whole being and frees us from the dangers of burnout and self-reliance, and expresses our embracing of Jesus as our Sabbath… our Lord of rest. Pastor Chad will look at Exodus 20:8-11 to show this need for Rhythmic Fitness.
