Martin Poison, born in Basildon Essex & raised in High Wycombe, has been into rave music since acquiring his first FM radio aged 10. Became fascinated with electronic beats after stumbling across notorious London pirate stations Rude, Kool, Flex and the local Bucks station Storm Fm. This early rave awakening propelled Martin to start collecting jungle, D+B & oldskool hardcore records in his teenage years. Mixtapes were circulated & the first booking came through, using the name 'DJ Darkside' at the old Boxing Club, Reading. From there he never stopped mixing music he loves, & plays a wide range of genres from Oldskool/Jungle to Hardcore Techno, DnB & Tribe.
