1984 Frankie Knuckles "Encore Classic" Part 1

"I originally got this mix from my NIU classmate ShuRa Rogers in December 1990; right before finals week. I then got a better sounding copy from my boy Danny Baker about a year & a half later. I called it 'Encore' because of that, and because I kept playing it over & over again. This was also the first Frankie Knuckles mix I ever had a copy of, and it lived up to everything I'd heard about his House reputation. He played lots of great deep songs that I wasn't familiar with, and made cuts I already knew sound even deeper. A classic mix where both Part 1 & 2 get 5 out of 5 stars."-MC
