Yeah didn’t even know he was off and my all time fav mix I never had it saved so I can’t find it anywhere and I only recognize it by the picture so I don’t have any info on music😢
I’m so upset that I don’t have Mike’s mixes downloaded now that he’s scrubbed everything from online. The irony is that I used to have them all but then figured they’d be there on SoundCloud. I suppose there’s something appropriate, given the genre, about those mixes now fading into memory, but still - it makes me sad. Wherever you are Mike, thank you so much for all the music and the great guide to ambient music. You helped me discover a lot of wonderful sounds. You’re missed.

Does anyone know what's up with MikeG? The Ambient Music Guide site is offline and all his social media / Mixcloud / Soundcloud accounts are deactivated.
That's a good question, I had no idea he was offline. It's one thing to be inactive for an extended period but it's more concerning that everything has been deactivated. I hope he's okay.
Ah, he just posted a message on ambientmusicguide.com that he's stopped with the site. Thanks for all the music MikeG... I've discovered tonnes of great albums through the site, and still listen to your mixes (at least the ones I downloaded) every night.
This makes me tremendously sad, especially since I no longer have access to his wonderful mixes. I hope he’s okay and knows how appreciated his work was.
