Lex Blondin is the founder of London based musical hub and label Total Refreshment Centre and one half of Church of Sound. Originally  from Paris, he has played a key role in helping create and shape the cultural spaces in which a UK scene spanning jazz, funk,  hip hop, post-punk and beyond has grown.
