This is my second Baggy mix from the late 80s / early 90s, from original vinyl. A mix of classic Madchester and Baggy sounds. Expect to hear lots of wah wah, funky-drummer loops, house pianos and soaring organs.

You can listen to volume 1 here:

Like the first mix, not all of the bands featured are from Manchester. The baggy scene spread way past the North of England... so there are bands from all over the UK featured and even one from California! (The Origin) but with a main focus on Greater Manchester and Merseyside. Featuring amongst others, Northside, The Roses, The Mondays, New Order, The Fall, The Charlatans, Inspirals, NewFADs, The La's, Real People, Flowered Up, and starting and finishing with an obscure anthem to the "Manchester" scene penned by Edward Ball and his band "The Times".

Anyway, hope you enjoy this mix - all from original vinyl. It's a bit of a break from the norm from my other mixes.
