I worked in manufacturing from 1998 to 2001, and every febuary there was a big rush of labels putting together promo runs of vinyl for WMC. This is a mix comprised mainly of the records we made for the WMC 2000. I can't really say what is what. I do have many of them still, but most are white labels with cat numbers I do not remember the label for. It was the height of the SF house boom though, and we did stuff for the majority of these SF labels, so likely it is a lot of panhandle, soulfood, etc, but also texas labels like aesoteric and M Street and chicago labels like white beard, Chicago Deep, and many others.
Feel free to contribute to the tracklisting in the comments if you should know. I can say that the first record was something on the aformentioned M street label, and the secong was some very limited Tone Theory (Derrick Carter) release on colored vinyl.
