Meditation_n°1_FEEL YOURSELF feautures Extrawelt and Living Better.

A techno meditation is a mix of techno classics with meditations that I find online. Different variations of techno, some hard, some soft, meet different kinds of meditation. With these dance meditations I search for ways in which these two practices can inter-act and inform our (dancing) bodies.
