Leaders are trained to feel as though we always have to come up with the answer. The thing is that we don’t. We just have to ask the right questions. Good leadership is about a commitment, not only from an individual but from a company. In order for it to be successful, it has to be a culture of the company. Take it upon yourself to affect change with the people that you can affect most. From there, you plant the seed to create awareness that this is a better way to manage and to interact with employees. Therefore, it will catch on and eventually become a company-wide culture.
