Dairy may not be a natural food for humans but margarine and soya milk is not either. Not all adults have a problem with dairy, and I suggest that it is the problem with processing and skimming that may be the problem.

I think we respond to our environment, culture and era, and we should make choices accordingly to balance our health needs and ethics, not according to greed or laziness which often happens in the developed world.
A vegan diet is the most ethical, but may not be the healthiest for everyone.

Reducing processed meat and dairy, increasing plant food, increasing exercise and avoiding medications were possible, will indeed lead us to a longer healthier life. Chronic disease is a concern, over 70% of the NHS budget goes on long term conditions, and plant based foods is one issue that will help address disease.

Dairy is not a natural food for adults which could be realized in the inability for adults to digest dairy. Its not an illness its a natural growth development when not needing breast milk. Cooked fats are linked to diabetes and insulin resistance and should be avoided by all. Good fats should include avocado and nuts and the fat of our cells is not dependent on animal fats as can be observed in many other plant eating mammals like elephants and giraffes. Natural organic and bio dyanmic plant foods carry all the well know required nutrients as well as many other recently discovered nutrients that perform tasks like regulate body weight, prevent cancer and remove toxified fat. One of the greater advantages is how plant food, especially live and uncooked encourage a more alkaline body state supporting the immune systems in two ways. Over the years it has seemed plant food carry many benefits and are a means to preventing most modern diseases.
