It might sound like a buzz word, but there is a lot of science that says mindfulness can help us be more content. And parents, well, we could do with some calm amongst the chaos right? Dr Diana Korevaar  has written a book just for us, it’s called Mindfulness for Mums and Dads and she says it will help you take control of your life.
