Weekend (BBC World Service) interview about Direct Action (c. 1998)

Me, and other guests from around Europe, being interviewed by Frederick Dove for Radio E's collaborative production, aired on the BBC World Service.

The topic is Direct Action, with a particular focus on recent protests; "Reclaim the Streets" and anti-nuclear / pro-peace come up. There is a pleasingly open-minded discussion about motivation and solidarity. Countries referred or alluded to include the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, France, and Ireland.

Not clear on the date, but some time not too long after April 1998 (the date of the Amsterdam RTS referred to). The tape the BBC sent me is cryptically labelled 55G710.
