Music is my way of life.

"I started Producing and DJing around the same time, just over two decades ago. Back then they were one in the same, computers were only good for sending midi to machines, and everything was recorded onto tape. When it came time to create a track, I would hook every piece of gear I had into my mixer and sequence it manually. Lo-Fi Ghetto Techno was the result. Turntables, cassette decks, reel-to-reel, drum machines, 8-bit samplers, cheap FM synths, TB303's, hybrid analog/digital roland boards. All just to make sound a reality. Naturally things progress, but not too much, when I play out, the element of hardware is dominant, and I still manually sequence it. The new studio is a hybrid of new and old technology, I try to keep it fresh and inspiring, without forgetting where things come from."
