Join me as I welcome a number of staff and students along from our Campus Community to discuss Vegetarian and Vegan Cooking! In the podcast we explore the key relationships between sustainability and the food we eat, highlight the importance of making more sustainable choices when we’re planning meals, and dish out some favourite recipes that’re easy, quick and – most importantly – tasty!​
