Welcome to a new series aimed at discussing some pressing issues of today.

According to Sir Ken Robinson (, schools kill creativity. Look - when kids are born, they've got great curiosity and want to try everything that's around. But as they turn 5 or 6, they ought to change.

Maciek Kautz talks to Silvia Camarda (, the principal of 'Villa Montessori' school in Poznan. She lets kids have more choice when it comes to what they want to study - and when. Both Silvia and Joanna Rada (businesswoman, coach, agree that expecting all kids to be the same is a big mistake. Alek Baj, the owner of 'Element' publishing house, will explain how Ken Robinson's ideas may translated here in Poland.

You'll also hear from Kurt Montgomery (US, who's a big opponent of the grading system at any school. "One size fits all" approach never works.
