There’s a scene from a movie that will always remind you. There’s a place you pass by you’ll always remember. There’s a song, an album, a group that always brings you back to that time. Even after putting all those things aside, casting them out of your new life, something will always creep back in. And even as you tell yourself things are too far gone to ever be the same, you still find yourself coming back to that mix, all those feelings rushing back in, even for a moment’s time.
