Astor Morgan returns to "In Discussion" to talk about his second journey to Sicily to photograph the Feast of St. Agatha. This remains the most important religious festival in the city of Catania. Between three to six thousand people arrive in Catania for the festival and during the course of the year, its historical importance attracts up to almost one million devotees from Italy and abroad. In the spring of 2010, he again created a body of work during the festival, working in crowded and at times dangerous conditions. The program explores his experiences in developing a portfolio of images that clearly demonstrate the passion and raw emotion of the people attending.
