In the chaos that is our lives, sometimes our lists and responsibilities take priority of who actually needs our attention the most- ourselves! If you are like me, it is way easier, at times, to distract, numb out, or expect "other" to fill our cups and replenish our inner stores...however, you may also have found that no one can actually fill your needs, do your inner work or fulfill your deep desires desires and dreams in the way that only you can.

This dance is an invitation to tend to your Self in the ways that only you can. Welcome all parts of you, HOME, especially those discarded and forgotten parts, for they especially, need and want your LOVE too! When we can truly meet ourselves wholly, the world around us will begin to meet us there too.

Take some time out to honor, reflect on and embrace the beauty and magic that is uniquely YOU. Enter the School of Self Love...your body, heart and soul have some serious lessons to share with you.
