This is the mix from our online Equinox dance ceremony that was held in honor of the shifting cycles and to work with the energies that are upon us to support our inner and outer balancing.

During this huge time of global shifting and changing, where nothing is certain and we have little control over our external reality- there is a great opportunity before us to truly fine tune our physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies for the mission that is before us.

This Equinox, whether you be in the N. Hemisphere where we are harvesting what we have sown, or in the S.Hemisphere where y'all are unfurling from the long winter that has passed- it is time to Recalibrate the precious instrument that is YOU and your body.
