This full moon in Leo brings its challenges, yet encourages us to stay in our hearts and trust in the process as it is unfolding for each of us. Change is what we asked for and it is certainly what is upon us, yet it takes courage to step out of our comfort zones and rise from fear towards love!

Courage is the key to living a full spectrum human life! Did you know that the original definition of courage meant, "To speak one's mind by telling all one's heart?" How can we continue to grow our courage so we may speak our heart's truth and pave the way forward with that which rings from the depths of our heart and soul?
