This mix is my heartfelt prayer for all that is shifting and changing, on all levels, in my personal and external world, at this time. It is uncomfortable, unknown and uncharted. We may not know which way to go, or where the road is heading, though amidst the chaos and all the uncertainty, my prayer is that I and we remember that we can breathe! We are alive, awake, aware and in every breath, there is an opportunity to pause, feel, and take the next step.
"This full moon hits us in the foundational structures we have come to rely on in our lives. It is an opportunity to release our attachment to them and begin to revision what can replace them that would better serve our evolution and movement onto the next step on our path."
May we have the courage to trust in our Breath, in our Body, in our Heart and our Soul knowing.
