Virgo is an Earth sign- that invites us into grounding ourselves more fully into the moment. .

How can we meet all that is currently dissolving, shifting and changing without getting thrown off balance and center. How can we work with the tools that support and nourish us to hold our selves in the center of the chaos that is all around and moving from within?

There is an unshakeable presence deep inside of each of us- that is always there witnessing and observing observing…we can choose to let our reactions get the better of us, or we can respond from a place of grounded presence and awareness.

My prayer is for each of us to anchor more deeply into the center of our own being, to trust in oneSelf and to never abandon those parts of self that are calling for our Love, presence and unconditional Love.
