Status Quo's Francis Rossi in an EXCLUSIVE interview

Status Quo's Francis Rossi in an EXCLUSIVE interview

About the show

Playing tracks by

Mickey Jupp, Paul Camilleri, Status Quo, The Everly Brothers, Ozzy Osbourne and more.

A Resonance fm London radio hour special with Francis Rossi OBE who is featured talking at home* about The Quo, his solo albums and his DVD Live At St Luke's London. Francis also treats us to several rare excerpts performed exclusively 'live' on guitar, with many
well known and lesser known Francis Rossi songs interspersed throughout. In fact the show is a veritable
cornucopia of material written, produced, and performed by Francis Rossi; alongside a vast catalogue of Rossi songs that have been recorded, performed, and sampled by others who are as diverse as Mickey Jupp, Groove Armada and Ozzy Osbourne and Lew Lewis

First time I've heard the interview. Absolutely brilliant. So different but brilliant. I'm from australia and I envy you poms coz you get to see a lot more of quo than we do. I've managed 3 times in 35 years. It's better than not at all but I could have 'em 24/7. Then I would die a happy man. Keep up the great work Francis and keep on rockin'. John Renfrey.....australia

We opted not to use neck mics as that can inhibit the the style of an interview and they rustle and crackle .. Maybe Rfm 104.4 might invest in radio mics. )Or I will!)Join mixcloud.com if you want to comment. Hope you liked the interview anyway as it's rather different
to most with Francis Rossi ...
