Kelly created Some Time For You, to provide clients with space to heal their gut, feel back into their heart, and awaken to the true potential of their lives. Her expertise includes clearing past physical illnesses, traumas/limitations, and/or weight fluctuations. She also has a soft spot for fellow sweet tooth junkies, whipping up healthier recipes for equally as delicious options. Being healthy doesn't mean you need to miss out!
As well as a coach, Kelly is also an event co-ordinator, hosting Health & Healing Days once a month near her home in Australia, and is a passionate animal activist and lover with four fur babies of her own. When lost in her day dreams, she is usually fantasizing about traveling around the world!
