We will be discussing the misconceptions about crossfit and how to get started on a health and wellness journey
Josh is an engineer, computer nerd, and trivia master. Above all these things, Josh is a natural athlete who has excelled in various athletic activities from wrestling, to football, to his current sport, rugby. When a friend introduced him to CrossFit 5+ years ago, he was immediately hooked. He started using it to supplement his rugby training during the off season. However, it wasn’t long before he got competitive, helping his team to the Cross Fit Team Regional competition in 2010 and 2011.
