We have a passionate and fun personal trainer with us today. His name is Jake Kozens. We will be talking about how to train in multidimensional training styles.
I am a certified personal trainer and military veteran. I have been involved in sports and fitness since I was 6 years old. My goal is to share my knowledge with anyone that is interested in getting in the best shape of their life. I also want to continue to learn from others. Nobody has the scientific method when it comes to fitness. Things that work for one do not necessarily work for another. This is why I try to be an information sponge and absorb as much new information about training and health as I possibly can.
