At the start of this week, I won a job lot of fifty northern and 60s soul records on ebay. Some super famous songs, some northern soul classics, some 70s funk cuts, a handful of northern instrumentals and a bunch of songs that I'd been after for ages. This is a collection of 17 of those singles - mostly A-sides, but a few choice B-sides too. I'll be playing a few of these at the next Great Big Kiss at the Buffalo Bar on Friday June 10th.
