Mr. Lam is the President of the Asia Wine Institute, and is also with the Sommelier Association of Singapore, the Academy of Wine Singapore, and is chairman of the Southeast Asia Sommelier Alliance. Nelson Siu is the CEO and Editor in Chief of China’s leading wine publication, Wine Luxe, which is expanding beyond it’s reach in Mainland China and Hong Kong, and will soon add a U.S. edition.
