Ross’s work as policy associate focuses on lowering the barriers to rooftop solar PV and widespread vehicle electrification. He recently served as a lead policy analyst for the Minnesota Solar Challenge program, and as principal author of Market Transformation Pathways for Grid-Connected Rooftop Solar PV in Minnesota, an in-depth analysis of Minnesota’s solar market barriers and potential policy solutions.
Formerly, Ross worked as an attorney specializing in intellectual property and sustainability law and as a business process consultant to Fortune 500 companies. He holds a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BS in Chemical Engineering, cum laude, from Texas A&M University in College Station.
