The boat journey continues into the heart of the Broads and John takes some time to discover traditional crafts at Woodbastwick Marshes.
This is a 5-part series recorded by Natural England, documenting a boat journey from Wroxham to Horning along the River Bure, through the heart of the Norfolk Broads. Cordelia Spalding, Artist and Project Officer and John White, Warden, cruise along this beautiful stretch of river describing to the audience what they see and introducing them to those they meet along the way. This charming series gives an insight into the beauty, wildlife and culture of the broads, and an opportunity for audiences to experience the journey and a snapshot of the Norfolk Broads.
These episodes have been funded by the Hoveton Wetland Restoration Project, a 5 year project to restore the ecology of Hoveton Great Broad and the wider Bure valley, kindly supported by Heritage Lottery Fund and LIFE+
