2015 Fuller Forum - Breakout Session
Michael McBride: A Conversation on the Walking Dead: Healing and Restoring Bodies Broken by Mass Criminalization and State Violence
This breakout session will use the Ethiopian eunuch and Philip as a theological foundation to explore concrete strategies for addressing structural racism and oppression in poor communities and communities of color. We will imagine how faith-based institutions, pastors, and seminarians can participate in the healing and restoration of lives deeply impacted by mass incarceration and arbitrary violence.
