It’s colder than a witch’s broom out there but that makes it the perfect time to deny reality and play something warmer. References to spring and summer and warm places and recreation abound as we play songs by talented musicians much older than we are. It’s the closest we’ve come yet to a “theme” show; much more of this and we’ll have to stop denying that we do themes.
Some people might say that we play too many songs from the 1960s but to those people I say, count what’s below. If you count more than 50% of this as “sixties” music then your arithmetic is wrong. Or ours is. Also, it doesn’t much matter what you think. But we’re still interested.
