Funeral home buries the federal government in a religious freedom case

Senator Lara made some important changes to his legislation that would have stripped religious schools and universities of funding for holding to biblical beliefs on marriage and even maintaining separate shower areas and dorms for single sex use. A temporary reprieve for those schools last week, but they aren’t out of the woods yet.
