Once upon a time there was a delightful mix series called Northern Exposure, it delivered into our ears the most delicious Progressive noises you have ever heard. And then Progressive died.
This is a mix made with one misty eye looking back on those days. Emotive Breaks and Progressive, mixed together with an emphasis on slickness. I love my deep, weird and wonderful house music, but this is for all of you who want a memory from the past.
If you're looking for an exact vibe, think the first CD of Northern Exposure 2. The more angular breaksy sound of Sasha & Digweed.
