Episode 189 - The Infatuation has become an influential food voice over the past few years, thanks in large part to their widely used #EEEEEATS hashtag on Instagram. But what few of their fans realize is, just like Zach, their founders got their start in the music industry. Andrew Steinhal and Chris Stang created The Infatuation while working at major record labels in New York. In fact they're responsible for getting us our very first podcast guest- Mike D from the Beastie Boys. We talk to them about that, plus have them recount the story of the creation of Infatuation and find out what lessons they learned from the music business that they translated to the food business. And then, of course, at the end we ask them for Instagram tips.
