The mix started growing in my head late one night after hearing Poet and songwriter's Gil Scott-Heron...then I got to thinking about Vic Chesnutt who died over Christmas. Who knows what rests at the depth of an artists soul...the mix is like a journey…there are both joyous and contemplative moments…and a couple of mad ones!
