Robert Hopper, Ph.D., has been active since he was a child. Whether it was swimming, basketball or tennis, he grew up thinking exercise should be fun, instinctive and effortless. However, as an adult he had trouble sustaining a traditional fitness program of jogging and weight training but continued to thrive in physical activities like volleyball, skiing and body surfing. He realized that having fun while being active was the key to his success. This very principle was the inspiration behind his new book, Stick With Exercise for a Lifetime: How to Enjoy Every Minute of it! Tune in as we interview Dr. Hopper and discuss his book and philosophy around fitness and wellness.
