This is just a follow-up. This song does not play in the US unless you install the Hola extension to Chrome (available at Chrome store). After enabling the extension, click the Hola icon next to the Chrome url address bar and choose "Browsing from United Kingdom". Refresh the Mixcloud page and the song will now play.
Finny is a genius. Sadly, my favorite Finny arrangement, "This Is Massive Attack" cannot be listened to in the USA. Instead, this notice is displayed: "This upload is unavailable in your country due to licensing restrictions." WTF?

Best thing I can think of is to use the Hola Chrome/Firefox extension to emulate another country.
