July 2012: The Punk of the 20s meets the Punk of the 70s - the Movies ST. LOUIS BLUES and BLANK GENERATION.

Ein Doppelprogramm präsentiert Vaginal Davis im August und zeigt einen frühen Tonfilm mit der unvergesslichen Blues-Legende Bessie Smith aus dem Jahr 1929. Gefolgt von einem Dokument der Kindertage des New Yorker Punkunderground der 70er Jahre: BLANK GENERATION von Amos Poe. Aber vorher: Vaginal Davis und ihre neue Band TENDERLOIN traten Anfang August in London beim MELTDOWN Festival auf. Selbstverständlich berichtet Miss Davis von diesem Event.
