Careers for EU workers in UK farming, Selling farm produce to Millennials, The Postman Poet

Making a career in British agriculture: Charlotte Smith hears from two EU migrant workers about their paths thus far, and how they feel they're affected by Brexit. Farmers' leaders have been talking a lot recently about the importance of migrant workers, warning that UK agriculture would be hard pressed to function without the seasonal and migrant workers who pick and process fruit and veg, work in abattoirs or on food production lines. All this week on Farming Today we're looking at careers in farming. Today, two migrant staff at Norfolk Traditional Poultry describe how within a decade they've risen from line workers to more responsible positions.

Also, how farmers and food producers can best sell to millenials. Beccy Barr reports from the National Farmers' Retail and Markets Association who held their conference in Bristol this week.
