"In an era in which DJing tends to be massified, Inês Duarte's certain and permanent rise is tranquilizing. It all begings in an apparently simple foundation, but one that is becoming rare: she gives us music for the right reasons. For its power as language of the human soul, its capacity to unite different sensibilities. From this comes the natural extension of that desire, from the DJ booth to the dancefloor. Musical sharing made of an unusual knowledge for her age of House music, her greatest passion, or Techno, from which she doesn't shy away, without forgetting other less conventional electronic dance music genres that equally influence what makes us move."

Mebahiah Studio I have no idea how you were able to get from the text that house and techno are the only genres I think are available, but Nuno was already kind enough to explain.

Mebahiah Estudio, I am the author of the original text above. Notice how I used the word "equally influence". I am not putting any genre above another. I am an electronic music enthusiast whose listening habits are probably more than 50% made up of other stuff besides house and techno. By "conventional", I meant that those are the most common genres in clubs. It´s the "market" that made them conventional, not me. In fact, I wish more clubs gave room to other types of electronic music besides house and techno. No need to read into this any sort of underapreciation for any genre.

Are you saying that only House & Techno are conventional??? What do you mean about less conventional dance music? Open your mind...do a favour to yourself.....do you think that house and techno are the only dance music available?
