Be One with the Breath
Anybody can meditate on the breath. It is one of the simplest yet one of the most powerful meditation technique. As we our always breathing consciously or unconsciously. It is our gross reality in each moment. As we observe our breath, we also become aware of our numerous thoughts. These thoughts arise from our mind. We become aware that the mind does not want to stay focused on the breath, it is always running away to thoughts of past or future. As we keep meditating, we will slowly realize that this monkey mind, makes us mad, causes anger, fear, worries and misery.
Meditating on the breath, helps our mind learn to live in the present moment. As we keep observing the breath we can discover the true nature of our reality. Breath is the bridge between the material and the mystical.
