Chart positions

This upload was 62nd in the #beats chart and 94th in the #bass chart.

Continuing with the sharing of episodes from the Worldwide Smash archives, here's a doozy from the summer of 2010. Gaslamp Killer high tailed it straight from the airport to arrive just in time for a solid 50 minute set of LA beats, heavy bass, rare breaks, psychedelic rock, and so much more. It's always a pleasure to get to spend some time with this dude.

Also of note, you can hear me wax ecstatic over a new rap talent by the name of Earl Sweatshirt, and even pull a re-wind on his track "Earl." This was months before OFWGKTA's star-making turn on Fallon, and Tyler even tweeted me after the show to say thanks for the support.

@John - I've heard that song a million times on mixtapes, but it's GLK that's playing it here, and I don't know the artist. It's a cover of Bach's "Air On A G String." If I find out, I'll let you know.

What was that track at around 1:22 (before "Kashmir") that kinda sounds like "whiter shade of pale" with the organ?
