A 2003 recording of a mixed bag of hypnotic progressive tunes. Progressive house was blooming, and was available just about everywhere, finally decent records with the dark hypnotic b-lines, the hypnotic delays and narcotic feel we have dreamt about for years were seeing the light of day in generous quantities for the average record buyer (who previously had an herculean task on his hands), back then this music was our present and everyone else's foresseable future...this recording gives you an insight on how I perceived it. Halfway trough, this recording becomes somewhat dense, lacking in variety where it overflows in intensity, and might only fulfill those seeking an out of body experience without additives. I remember being in charge at my trusty formulasound PM-90 and being dazed by the end of it (overal recording time was 3 hours and 34 minutes) but THAT is what this music was intended for, I fondly remember having a good time, like we used to say back in the UK, havin' it!
